Menu: Italian Soup , Hand Formed Cavatelli, and Fettuccine and Chicken Piccatta

Class Description: Enjoy some quality time learning how to create dishes with wine and make fresh pasta from scratch.  This hands-on pasta class will walk you through the steps for making perfect dough every time. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice rolling out pasta, then cutting, hand forming and cooking it.

What To Expect: Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above. You will work with other students in groups 2

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. 

Hands-on classes are limited and you will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class. 

Class is non-refundable, Classes will be held at Bordeaux Inn Lodi

Cooking School Policy

Before you book our class please check the following:

  • Dates and times! Please make sure you have chosen the correct dates and times.
  • Everyone attending the class must be at least 11 years old on the day of the class. If you have younger participants, we'd be pleased to discuss private family experiences! 
  • Visitors aged 11 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult registered to attend the same class.
  • Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Please note that this includes cancellation due to travel delays or changes.
  • Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your class. Late arrivals may miss critical parts of the class, and the chef will not be able to restart the experience.

·       Substitutions and Class Format ..
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients, menus, recipes, chefs and instructors. Unless noted otherwise, all of our classes are hands-on and participatory in style. Our class size is limited and classes are structured to allow each student the opportunity to work closely with the chef in the preparation of dishes and to observe, up-close, the ingredients, tools and techniques used in the making of all dishes.

  • If you have a party of 5 or more participants wishing to join us, please email us directly. It may be more appropriate for you to consider a private class with us.
