About Rebecca Forrest
It has been Rebecca's passion to attend cooking classes all over the world. To date she has traveled to 51 countries, immersing herself in the cultures, cuisines & foods of Europe, the Middle East, Latin America & the Pacific Rim.
She has taken cooking & pastry lessons in France, Italy, Spain, Israel, the Czech Republic, Argentina, Hong Kong & Singapore, along with the USA. Rebecca has twice studied at the famous Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and in private lessons with Master Chef Jean-Marc Villard in his professional cooking studio in Lyon.
Rebecca has also enjoyed sampling and learning about various wines, ports, cognacs, beers & spirits during tours exploring the wine countries of South Africa, France, Italy & California, plus the pubs of Ireland, Scotland, Germany & the Czech Republic.
