Menu: Learn to make hummus, 2 different vegetarian side dishes, White Fish with tomato sauce, Rice with lentils and Baklava
Class Description: Enjoy some quality time in the kitchen learning how to create Mediterranean specialties. This hands-on class will walk you through the steps for making different varieties of hummus as well as traditional Baklava.
What To Expect: Classes are 3 to 3 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above. You will work with other students in groups 2
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will enjoy your meal with a glass of complimentary wine
Hands-on classes are limited to 8 students you will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
